About me

With 29 years of experience as a chef, I have had the honor of working with prestigious establishments and high-profile events, including Fortnum & Mason, the Oxo Tower Resturant affiliated with Harvey Nichols. Fino and Quo Vadis owned by The Heart Brothers. Additionally, I've had the privilege of working for Circus du Soleil, the Queen’s birthday with Fortnum & Mason. I've also had the opportunity to cater for notable figures such as musicians like Eric Clapton, Bon Jovie, Beyonce and Pink.  Doing many festivals back stage, ie Glastonbry, Leed, Reading, Download Latitude, Corona festival and the ATP tennis.

As my career has progressed, my love for what I do has never diminished.  Watching my friends families become ill and watch how with covid everything changed, this has driven me to  follow my passion for creating innovative dishes that blend food chemistry with mindful, health-boosting ingredients has grown stronger. I believe that CBD should be integrated into all aspects of food, both savory and sweet. The ingredients we use are just as important as the flavors we create, and I strive to showcase the health benefits of mindful ingredients in every dish.  I believe that with just a little thought and following through with how I see the world and what I want from it! I can possibly strive to make a small inpact.

CBD, traditionally used in sweet items, is now making its way into savory dishes. I'm excited to explore its potential in everyday meals, making CBD a natural and beneficial part of our daily lives.

I also enjoy researching how different vegetables and herbs can enhance the effects of CBD, optimizing its interaction with the body and increasing its benefits.  I want to make a change, to make it better.  I want people to be more aware of what is out there how it works and why it works.  How it interacts and why it does.  How we can make choices that benefit us.  I will say,  I am not here to be an influencer or any such thing. I am just offering an information based choice
